Business Development Manager Infra Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our FMS (Infra Services Group) sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the IT staffing industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a sales Manager you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives to grow our FMS vertical. Build train and mentor a highperforming sales team. Monitor and evaluate team performance providing regular feedback and coaching. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Work closely with recruitment marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business Marketing IT or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the IT industry and staffing (FMS) processes. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and drive results. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
