Job Description
- Role: Microsoft Dynamics Data & Systems Analyst
- Location: Remote EST 25% travel (first week of training in Canton OH)
- Start Date: 12/9/2024
- Duration: 6month CTH
- Interview Process: 3 video interviews

About the role: The company is implementing their firstever CRM to streamline sales tracking and provide a clear accurate forecast of their 2025 pipeline as they gear up for a record year. Theyll be leveraging the full Microsoft Dynamics Suitefrom Sales Hub CRM to backend F&O systemsto create an integrated endtoend solution. As a company with no prior formal CRM they are seeking a specialized Dynamics expert to capture and report on critical sales insights providing leadership with a clear view of pipeline health and actionable data analysis.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM to ensure system functionality.
- 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data within the Sales Hub Module of Microsoft Dynamics providing actional insights on lead & opportunity management account & contact management activity tracking & timeline sales forecasting etc.
- Extensive experience analyzing data to design and build interactive visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
- Handson experience using Power Automate to automate workflows and repetitive tasks across multiple applications and services.
- Experience identifying and resolving Dynamics system issues with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to be selfsufficient in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing Industry experience.
- Experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources within the Sales Hub to provide actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Develop automate and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize data track KPIs and highlight opportunities.
- Design and implement workflows and automation processes in Power Automate to enhance data processes.
- Maintain and monitor Microsoft Dynamics to ensure optimal functionality performance and data integrity.
- Conduct regular system checks and audits to identify and rectify errors to ensure data accuracy.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize the systems performance and usability.
