The Lakhani Group is a prominent hotel development and construction company delivering excellence in hospitality projects globally. We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist fluent in English and Chinese to support our expanding team in India. This role will play a critical part in managing talent acquisition employee relations and HR operations across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job posting screening and interviewing candidates for positions in India China and other regions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries policies and HR support.
- Facilitate onboarding and training programs to support new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate with the management team for performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Provide HR support in both English and Chinese to accommodate our diverse workforce.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in India and China.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR especially in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a cultural understanding of the Indian and Chinese work environments.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
