Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Construction Project Superintendent located in the Cincinnati area. The Construction Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing daytoday construction operations ensuring project timelines and budgets are met coordinating with subcontractors and vendors and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Daily onsite coordination of the entire construction project.
Assist the Office Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.
Manage the project schedule.
Oversee safety for project site.
Work closely with the Office Project Manager.
Demonstrate a positive attitude with a teamplayer approach.
Supervise / manage Schumacher Dugan s workforce on site.
Coordinate and direct all trade subcontractors.
Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.
Conduct weekly project meetings on site.
Provide daily work reports and photographs utilizing Procore.
Coordinate and document all project inspections.
Complete the project closeout and punchlist.
Must have driver s license in good standing.
Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
