Overview

Nursing Professional Practice:
- Assess identify appropriate nursing diagnoses plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Develop update and coordinate the patient s plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate performing and maintaining essential competencies specific to the area of hire and populations served.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse. At least 2 years of experience in Med Surge. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Expertise in emergency care. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) with a commitment to following them at all times. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, compassionate, and patient-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities. BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). A valid nursing license.
