Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and physical exams.

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Key Qualifications:
- Active NYS Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant
- 2 years of primary care experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and EMR proficiency
