Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and deploy new features enhancements and bug fixes for Magento websites.
- Customize Magento themes extensions and modules to meet brand guidelines and business requirements.
- Optimize site performance speed and user experience by applying best practices in coding and website architecture.
- Work collaboratively with website design and marketing teams to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
- Manage integrations with thirdparty applications (such as payment gateways ERP CRM and analytics tools).
- Maintain security and compliance standards by implementing patches updates and ensuring data protection.
- Conduct regular website audits and troubleshoot to improve functionality usability and technical performance.
- Document development processes code standards and solutions to support consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Web Development or related field.
- Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a strong portfolio of Magento websites.
- Proficiency in Figma PHP JavaScript HTML CSS and MySQL.
- Indepth knowledge of Magento 2 and its core architecture.
- Experience with frontend development and UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Magento PWA (Progressive Web Application) and headless commerce.
- Knowledge of Adobe Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms and integrations.
