Client Overview We are an established CPR training business operating for 15 years that is expanding nationwide. As we grow well need exceptional customer support representatives to help our students! This is a perfect opportunity to join our growing team.
Job Description
We need friendly and patient customer support representatives to help troubleshoot issues and answer questions for people taking our online CPR classes. Empathy and communication skills are key! As we grow youll transition into a fulltime 24/7 support role. We also need someone who is detailoriented to help us scale our business by efficiently posting classes and managing instructor profiles in our online system
Responsibilities
Fielding customer inquiries via phone and email
Troubleshooting access issues related to online classes
Answering student questions about CPR certification
Managing customer issues with care and professionalism
Creating instructor email accounts and profiles
Posting class schedules and availability
Managing information in our online class posting system
Quality checking work to ensure accuracy
Requirements
Strong attention to detail Proficient with MS Office and data entry Good time management and ability to meet posting deadlines Desire to grow with a small business
1 years experience in customer service or support role Exceptional communication skills written and verbal Empathetic and patient Basic computer skills Desire to grow with a small business
