Job Description
- Prepare and review project cost estimates budgets and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for projects ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct cost analysis and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor variations progress claims and contractual changes.
- Liaise with contractors suppliers and clients to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Manage subcontractor payments and negotiate contract terms.
- Provide advice on procurement strategy and risk management.
- Assist in project reporting cash flow management and final accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field is preferred
- 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry standards in New Zealand.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- GoogleSheet and GoogleForm experience is a plus
- Setup and Location: WFH set up; open for onsite applicants as well for Ortigas Pampanga Cebu and Alabang
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Auckland NZT) 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PH Time)
