Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI Developer with React JS experience to join our team in Calgary Canada. As a UI Developer you will be responsible for building and maintaining dynamic userfriendly web applications with a strong focus on frontend performance responsive design and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with React JS modern JavaScript frameworks and an eye for delivering highquality UI/UX designs.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- 3 years of experience in UI/FrontEnd development with a focus on React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript ES6 features.
- Experience with React JS and popular React libraries (e.g. Redux React Router).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to implement designs with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocesses (e.g. Sass LESS) and CSS frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap Material UI).
- Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks for frontend applications (e.g. Jest Mocha Enzyme).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira).
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pega development with expertise in Pega application design and architecture. Pega Technical Skills: Proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). Strong knowledge of Case Management and Workflow design in Pega. Experience with Pega APIs and connectors, including SOAP and REST. Familiarity with Pega Decisioning and Marketing. UI/UX customization within the Pega platform. Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Pega applications. Integration Skills: Proficiency in developing integration solutions with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs. Performance and Optimization: Skilled in monitoring, tuning, and optimizing Pega applications, including database management and query optimization. Development Practices: Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline setup, and management, especially for Pega deployments. Security: Understanding of authentication and security standards within Pega. Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into well-designed Pega solutions. Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
