Teamworx is delighted to be recruiting for a Big Box retailer located north of Cork City. Our client operates 33 retail stores across Munster stretching across counties Limerick Cork Tipperary and Clare.
The Store Manager will be responsible for the daytoday operations and performance of the store. The successful candidate will lead a customerfocused team to fully deliver the required services and support the business and its stakeholders.

The requirements for this Store Manager Job:
- Strong relevant product knowledge/track record in the sale of Agri / DYI / Hardware is a requirement of this role.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers colleagues & stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through teamwork motivation and real employee engagement.
- Strong business acumen customer focus solutionsfocused and commercial awareness.
- Ability to control and analyze sales performance versus budget
- Ability to deliver costeffective service to maximise sales
- Strong analytical organizational planning and timemanagement skills.
- Selfmotivated flexible and a team player.
