Position Title: Jr. Mechanical Engineer
Location: Buffalo NY
Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Travel: Limited (510%)

Key Responsibilities
Your work will directly contribute to safety and efficiency by:
- Developing and preparing engineering and assembly drawings to support incoming sales requests.
- Offering technical guidance and expertise to both sales and operational teams ensuring product excellence.
- Collaborating on product improvement by troubleshooting technical issues and recommending solutions.
- Creating technical reports and documenting solutions to prevent repeat issues.
- Assisting in product testing driven by compliance standards and legislative changes to ensure topnotch safety performance.
- Handling incoming requests requiring detailed technical responses for clients prospects and team members.
- Assisting in the development and upkeep of parts catalogs instruction manuals and other product documentation.
- Providing alternate solutions to customers to resolve onsite installation challenges.
- Training sales teams and technicians on product specifics installations and safety compliance.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of OSHA and IBC standards ensuring that all product installations meet safety codes.
- Conducting site visits and offering consultation when projects are more complex.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
13 years of engineering experience.
Skilled in 2D & 3D CAD modeling especially SolidWorks and familiarity with FEA.
Attention to detail and a selfdriven work ethic.
Knowledge of scaffolding guard railing and pipe/tube calculations for structural safety standards is a plus.
