Job Description
Job Title: Junior Office Assistant
Location: Onsite in Bryanston Johannesburg
Salary: R15000 CTC per month (Estimated takehome: R13586)

We are a creative branding and design studio and we are looking for a motivated Junior Office Assistant to support our team. In this role you will help ensure our studio runs smoothly enabling our designers and creatives to focus on delivering exceptional work.
Job Overview:
As a Junior Office Assistant you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include general administrative tasks managing office supplies and providing support to different departments as required. This is an ideal position for someone looking to start their career in a creative environment with opportunities to grow and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daytoday administrative tasks including filing data entry and answering phones.
Manage office supplies and ensure the studio is wellstocked and organized.
Support various departments with officerelated tasks and errands.
Help maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Assist with scheduling meeting coordination and basic office management.
Requirements
No prior experience required training will be provided.
