We are seeking experienced retail Managers from a customerfacing retail operation ideally a big box store to take up the Assistant Manager roles in our client s stores across Cork.

Our client is offering a generous salary of up to 45000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

The requirements for this Retail Manager Job:

  • At least 3 years retail experience including direct people management experience.
  • Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri would be a major advantage DIY and hardware background will be considered for this role
  • Proficient IT knowledge (excelemailPOS)
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers colleagues & stakeholders.
  • Must drive as you will be required to travel to different stores
  • Strong business acumen customer focus and commercial awareness.

  • Health and Safety ensure that safety procedures are known understood and followed by all colleagues
  • People Management & Development Lead and develop your team s capabilities in line with the clients Core Values
  • Sales Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Customer Care demonstrate the clients commitment to excellence in customer experience
  • Administration Oversight and management of cash wage costs budgets and systems administration
