Are you an experienced Manager looking for an opportunity that offers a great worklife balance competitive salary excellent benefits and career progression Teamworx is delighted to be recruiting for a Big Box retail group that operates 33 stores across Munster.
We are seeking experienced retail Managers from a customerfacing retail operation ideally a big box store to take up the Assistant Manager roles in our client s stores across Cork.
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to 45000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

The requirements for this Retail Manager Job:
- At least 3 years retail experience including direct people management experience.
- Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri would be a major advantage DIY and hardware background will be considered for this role
- Proficient IT knowledge (excelemailPOS)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers colleagues & stakeholders.
- Must drive as you will be required to travel to different stores
- Strong business acumen customer focus and commercial awareness.

- People Management & Development Lead and develop your team s capabilities in line with the clients Core Values
- Sales Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer Care demonstrate the clients commitment to excellence in customer experience
- Administration Oversight and management of cash wage costs budgets and systems administration
