Key Responsibilities:

- Manage government accounting tasks especially around milestone payments.
- Keep us auditready handling compliance with industry regulations like FAR.

- Strengthen internal controls to protect company assets.
- Lead cost accounting initiatives to support profitable growth.

Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
- 8 years of experience as a Controller with 5 years in manufacturing and government compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in government contracting and compliance with FAR or similar standards.
- The successful candidate will be required to be on site in office to perform this role.
