Job Description:
Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter Team Lead to join our team. This role combines handson recruitment with leadership responsibilities guiding a team of recruiters while driving the search for toptier IT talent to meet our clients needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to ensure successful candidate placements and lead initiatives to optimize our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters providing mentorship training and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract highquality IT professionals across various domains.
- Oversee endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates for seniorlevel IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements recruitment needs and timelines.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements in both French and English on relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and keep the candidate database up to date.
- Track analyze and report on recruitment metrics (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance and streamline recruitment processes tools and best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews (phone virtual and inperson) to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Actively participate in sourcing candidates through networking referrals and various online channels.
- Foster strong relationships with clients candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong expertise in sourcing and recruitment tools including ATS and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successfully placing seniorlevel IT talent.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidate suitability for specialized IT roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience mentoring junior recruiters.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and hiring top-level IT talent to meet our clients' strategic needs. You will work closely with HR managers and technical teams to ensure the perfect fit between candidates and job openings. You will also play a key role in continuously improving our recruitment processes.
