Job Summary
As a Client Account Lead at this company you will spearhead the management of strategic client relationships overseeing the delivery of innovative solutions that drive value and ensure exceptional client outcomes. This role is pivotal in deepening client engagements identifying new business opportunities and leading crossfunctional teams within one of the worlds leading consulting and technology services companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and strategic priorities.
- Lead the client account team in the planning and execution of client projects ensuring highquality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with industry experts and service leads to devise comprehensive customized solutions that address client challenges.
- Monitor and manage project financials scope and risk ensuring profitable and successful delivery of services.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and Company s service teams facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to offer insights and recommendations that keep the client ahead in their market.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the client organization and collaborating with internal teams on proposals and presentations.
- Lead by example fostering a culture of excellence inclusion and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT Engineering or related fields. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in client relationship management consulting or account management preferably within IT or consulting services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with Clevel executives.
- Deep understanding of the industryspecific challenges and opportunities relevant to the client s business.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the Resources industry.
