Job Title: Dermatology Senior Registrar
SHORT DESCRIPTION
An excellent opportunity to join as Dermatology Senior Registrar for one of the most prestigious and top tier leading hospitals in Aseer Saudi Arabia.
JOB SUMMARY :
As a senior registrar in dermatology at a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia you would contribute to the provision of highquality dermatological care under the guidance of senior dermatologists. Your responsibilities would include evaluating and managing dermatology patients participating in dermatological procedures Your commitment to professional development and adherence to the hospitals standards of excellence in dermatological care are essential aspects of your role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field.
- Manage complex medical cases independently.
- Provide leadership in delivering highquality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
- Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
- Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
- Engage in clinical research activities.
- Contribute to academic programs teaching and training initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement and adhere to evidencebased medical practices.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department.
- Contribute to decisionmaking processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
- Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.
- Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Advocate for patient rights and welfare.
- Ensure a patientcentered approach in medical care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Lead and participate in emergency medical responses.
- Provide expertise in critical and urgent medical situations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in dermatology and/or subspecialty.
- (Arab Jordanian Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent. fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required.
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- From 2 to 4 years of experience after certification.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
