Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Web/Mobile Application Engineer with a focus on Banking solutions. In this strategic role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highquality web and mobile applications tailored for the banking sector. You will work closely with product management and design teams to create userfriendly interfaces while implementing robust backend functionalities.
The ideal candidate should possess indepth knowledge of banking applications and proven experience in delivering scalable solutions
- Design develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications for banking services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and platforms.
- Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive banking data.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile application development specifically in the banking domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Web/Mobile Application Engineer particularly in banking applications.
- Expertise in programming languages including JavaScript Java Swift and Kotlin.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React Angular or Flutter.
- A strong grasp of mobile app development best practices including UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and APIs to ensure smooth integration.
- Insight into banking regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Outstanding problemsolving communication and collaborative abilities.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux operating systems and Node.js.
