Barista Waitperson

Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service across our signature restaurant Lombardi including breakfast to dinner service conference and events banqueting and room service delivery.

As a Barista  you will be responsible for making and serving outstanding coffees and serving customers required you would need to work shifts to support the team with waiting duties work behind the bar and explain menu and drink options and serving food to tables.

• Previous Food & Beverage waiting experience
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and cando attitude with a flair for sales
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Knowledge of wines is advantageous
• Experience as a barista with knowledge of different coffee orders alternative milks basic latte art preferred
• Must have working rights in New Zealand
