Your Mission:
As a Receptionist or Reception Assistant at Ibis Styles Madrid Aiport Valdebebas your tasks will include:
- Welcoming Guests: Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth checkin process.
- Managing Reservations: Handling reservations through phone email and online channels and ensuring that all booking details are accurate.
- Room Assignment & Checkout: Assigning rooms based on guest preferences and needs and assisting with smooth and efficient checkout processes.
- Guest Liaison: Serving as the main point of contact for guests during their stay addressing any requests or concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Liaising with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure rooms are ready and services are provided according to guest needs.
- Upselling: Promoting hotel services amenities and additional offerings to enhance the guest experience and contribute to hotel revenue.
- Handling Complaints: Addressing guest complaints professionally ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Night Shift Duties (for Night Receptionists): During night shifts youll be responsible for securing the hotel handling the night audit cash management and preparing the hotel for the next day.
Ensuring Safety and Security: As a receptionist you will be involved in monitoring the security and safety of the hotel during your shift.
