Your Mission:

As a Waiter or Assistant Waiter at Ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Experience: Welcoming seating and serving guests in the restaurant. With your knowledge of the menu and drinks you will guide guests through their choices and ensure they enjoy their meal.
• Creating a Great Atmosphere: Setting up maintaining and cleaning restaurant areas to provide a comfortable environment for guests.
• Service Excellence: Ensuring excellent service throughout the guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with the team to meet service and financial goals sharing ideas for improvement and assisting colleagues as needed.
• Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant including clearing tables and ensuring that common areas are tidy and inviting.
• Stock Management: Assisting with stock control and deliveries when required.
