In Room Dining Captain
Our InRoom Dining Captain is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the InRoom Dining department maximizing service delivery in all areas of the outlet and ensuring the principles of the Resort Experience are extended to all guests.
Starting Rate of Pay: $19.00
We recognize tenure through our compensation hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.35 per hour.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure all accounts are being processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure daily smooth operation of the department maintaining high staff morale and team spirit
- Monitor labour on a daily basis
- Participate in the training and coaching of new and existing team members
- Provide support to the management team and F&B Division as required
Qualifications :
- Supervisory experience in a food and beverage department
- Experience in an InRoom Dining position is an asset
- Serving It Right
- Leadership and motivational skills are required
