We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Search Engineer to join our team. In this role you will focus on consulting with customers to understand their search and data needs providing expert guidance on integrating Qdrants Vector Database into their systems and supporting presales activities. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technology and customer requirements ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction.
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements data infrastructure and business objectives.
Provide expert advice on how Qdrants Vector Database can address their specific challenges and enhance their capabilities.
Develop customized solutions and proofofconcepts to demonstrate the value of our technology.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
Conduct technical presentations demos and workshops for potential clients.
Assist in preparing technical proposals RFP responses and solution architectures.
Stay uptodate with the latest developments in vector search machine learning and database technologies.
Contribute to the development of best practices and technical resources for internal and external use.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends to inform product roadmap decisions.
Integration & Implementation:
Guide customers through the integration process of Qdrants Vector Database into their existing systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.
Ensure a smooth transition from presales to postsales support.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling based on customer needs.
Full remote position for candidated based in European or US timezones.
