Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients seeking treatment for weight management and health optimization.
- Assess diagnose and prescribe Semaglutide and potentially medications for other wellness treatments.
- Work under the supervision of the Medical Director to ensure topquality care and adherence to medical guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions and maintain uptodate medical records.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority in applicable state(s).
- Experience in telehealth particularly in weight management endocrinology or wellnessfocused care.
- Familiarity with Semaglutide prescribing and management (training available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate clear virtual care.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
