Total no. of beds: 28 adult 8 adolescent
Duties/Responsibilities
Diagnose
Performing Admission Histories and Psychiatric Assessments
Performing Physicals and Rounds
Ordering and Interpreting Diagnostic Studies
Prescribing Medications
Managing Ongoing Care Through Consultation with the Psychiatrist
Ordering Referrals
Administrative Duties
Coordination of Care
Addiction Education/Management
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Cerner
Other Info:
PA/NP will be working autonomously
Supervising Physician will be present during assignment sometimes remotely via telehealth
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active IA License or IMLC
BC
