Aigens is a hotel and restaurant tech startup that has helped steer the digital revolution of the F&B and Hospitality industry in Asia Pacific. We started as a 2man team in 2012 and have since grown into a SaaS company known for being a market leader with significant wins essentially being the first to introduce BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) QR code ordering technology to Hong Kong and Singapore.
In the last three years we ve experienced our most significant growth to date: resulting in 6 regional offices across APAC and 120 team members (and increasing every month). We are headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Bangkok Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. We serve more than 500 brands in F&B and Hospitality including global names like Accor Hyatt Centara KFC Burger King Starbucks etc..
Catering to Aigens business growth and regional expansion opportunities we are looking for a highly motivated organized selfstarter to join our team. You will be one of the key influencers to shape the customer experience of our key customers. What your daily work looks like:
Collect clean and process large datasets from various sources
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights
Assist in the development of statistical models and algorithms
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators
Present findings to internal teams in a clear and understandable manner
Maintain and update databases ensuring data consistency and completeness
Collaborate with IT and other teams to optimize database structures
Create visually appealing and informative charts graphs and presentations
Utilize tools such as metabase for effective data visualization
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics
2 years of relevant experience in Data Analyst preferably in IT/Technology
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Strong in custom querying dashboarding and analysis (SQL Google BigQuery reporting & dashboarding tools like DataStudio/Metabase)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights
Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with F&B data and business processes
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and programming languages (e.g. Python R)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Fluent in English both verbal and writing
Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus

2+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT/Technology Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
