Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying selling or renting properties.
Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
Schedule and conduct property tours and open houses.
Negotiate offers and manage contracts on behalf of clients.
Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Stay current with real estate laws regulations and market conditions.
Manage property listings and marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and standards.
Other duties as assigned.
