Hi
I m the direct recruiter for a new experienced Transportation Solutions Manager with a 40year growing nationwide omnichannel supply chain company! Dublin Ohio office.
HIGHLIGHTS
Lead/mentor/supervise staff providing guidance; develop/drive operational performance
Generate/identify new/potential customer opportunities
Support new prospect conversion to customers
Current/new customer growth: volume revenue gross margin
Streamline/optimize processes: enhance efficiency/reduce costs
Review operations/customer KPIs/metrics: revenue margin load count CRM adherence
Develop Revenue Gross Margin EBITDA goals
Develop/maintain strategic plans/support for Carrier OnBoarding & Compliance Carrier Sourcing Pricing/RFPs
Understand market conditions/data; use company/market intelligence tools with an eye on growth
Highperformance team atmosphere fostering innovation high productivity/low turnover
Manage customer/employee conflicts/issues/difficult conversations
Support/assist in problem resolution: collections pricing service issues
Formal/informal performance procedures & biannual evaluations
Set the tone to ensure high morale teamwork positive culture
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree or combination of equivalent education/experience to include:
Around 5 years Transportation/3PL Brokerage industry; 2 years as logistics manager/supervisor
Lead/motivate/manage/build a diverse highperformance teams
Strong negotiation skills
CRM software & MS Office
