Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Use a variety of channels (e.g. LinkedIn job boards social media) to actively source and engage potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews assessing candidates for skills experience and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism at every touchpoint.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and scheduling the interview
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics including timetofill candidate pipeline status and conversion rates to inform recruitment strategies.
