We are currently seeking a dedicated Petrol Attendant to join our team. As a Petrol Attendant you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while maintaining a clean and safe fueling station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate pumps and ensure fuel levels are accurate.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming forecourt environment.
- Provide basic vehicle checks including oil tire pressure and windshield cleaning.
- Promote instore products and services (e.g. car washes convenience store items).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure the station is wellstocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced outdoor environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in retail or customerfacing roles is preferred but not essential.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays.
