About This role:
As a Sales Support Team Leader at Medical Departures You will oversee the full quote and appointment booking process ensuring accuracy and timeliness and support the Sales Support team to deliver exceptional patient care. This remote role requires availability to communicate with patients through various channels including phone WhatsApp live chat social media and email. You will ensure the team meets performance goals while providing consistent highquality support to help patients coordinate their global dental care needs.
Coordinate with Sales agents to confirm appointments with our partner network of dental and medical clinics across multiple. channels in both English and Spanish.
Collaborate with the Sales Support team clinics and patients to gather and deliver accurate quotes within established SLAs.
Send accurate timely quotes to patients via email chat or WhatsApp.
Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly confirmation quote and SLA targets.
Document each patient interaction accurately in the CRM and ensure followup tasks align with SLAs.
Track and produce weekly sales support team and performance reports.
Assist with additional projects as assigned.
Provide premium communication and build strong relationships with patients clinics and team members.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone chat and email.
Maintain a wellmanaged sales funnel for all assigned leads.
Conduct regular 1on1 meetings with the Sales Support team to review performance and provide coaching.
Attend and participate in all required training coaching and team meetings.
Adapt to a flexible schedule including early/late availability and weekend shifts (5 days on 2 days off).
Support Medical Departures sales and revenue objectives contributing to the vision of creating the world s largest global medical marketplace.
Additional Duties:
Attend team meetings as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Submit timely reports and expenses for reimbursement.
Communicate with team members via phone web conference and email.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a Sales Support Team Leader or customer service role.
2 years of leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Highly organized and detailoriented with excellent timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential. Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite CRM systems (such as Zoho Zendesk Salesforce) and communication tools like Twilio or RingCentral.
Knowledge of dental or medical procedures is a plus.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Familiarity with international travel and cultural awareness is a plus.
Ability to manage a remote homeoffice setup efficiently and responsibly.
