This is a remote position.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Member Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our members providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve understanding member needs offering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience. You will work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction. - Provide exceptional service and support to members via phone email and inperson interactions.
- Understand and address member needs offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Host events and sell services to members.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate member records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of member engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular followups with members to ensure their needs are being met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide relevant advice and support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of member services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or member support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
- Must Reside in Missouri
WFH Requirements
- Must have verified internet service (secure reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk chair electrical outlet direct LAN connection). Company will provide equipment (computer) after 90 days of employment.
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g. technical security physical noise levels Clean Desk policy etc.) and participate in workspace audits (e.g. remote desktop observation call and screen recordings live webcam monitoring pictures of workspace setup video chats etc.).
- Be available accessible and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts follow technical support processes comply with organizational security and compliance standards training performance management recurring management routines manual and automated remote monitoring policies etc.
