Job Title: Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Control Lead
Location: Charlotte NC (Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls modules. This role requires indepth functional expertise and project leadership to ensure successful deployment of HCM control solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to gather analyze and document business requirements related to HCM controls compliance and risk management.
- Solution Design: Design Oracle Fusion Advanced HCM Controls solutions that meet client needs while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure HCM Controls modules defining security roles access controls workflows and segregation of duties in alignment with the solution design.
- Data Migration: Coordinate with technical teams for seamless data migration from legacy systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test plans to validate the functionality performance and security of the HCM control solutions ensuring they meet quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in at least 25 Oracle Cloud Advanced HCM Controls implementation projects.
- 46 years of functional experience across three or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR Benefits Absence Payroll Time and Labor Talent Management Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven experience in leading project teams including requirements analysis functional design report development and testing.
- Strong presentation communication and problemresolution skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Agile collaboration tools such as Jira or Rally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
- Experience supporting business and technology transformation processes.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Professional experience as a data analyst, developer, or data scientist. Professional experience creating statistical or machine models to execute forecasting based on disparate and unfamiliar datasets. Coding and release experience using bash, Python, and/or other common languages. Building dashboard and reporting suites keeps stakeholders and consumers in mind through the design and iteration phases. Experience working with, analyzing, and testing deeper analytical hypothesis using utility or energy- related data sets Working within a cloud infrastructure, DevOps experience
