Our client is a leading industrial property developer in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Financial Planning Analysis and Strategic Finance Transformation
- Lead the FP&A team to deliver impactful insights and achieve FP&A objectives.
- Design and implement transformation initiatives within Finance to enhance efficiency and align with the target operating model.
- Strengthen team capabilities emphasizing technical skills process discipline and communication.
- Realign the Finance organization for optimal performance and operational efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance finance processes for accuracy and streamlined workflows.
- Develop implement and refine Finance policies to meet corporate governance standards.
- Leverage technology to advance Finance operations including deploying new accounting systems and automation tools.
- Integrate best practices to elevate the Finance function s overall performance.
Accounting and Compliance Management
- Oversee Accounting team operations ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations VAS IFRS and internal corporate policies.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and process optimization.
- Monitor and manage tax reporting proactively addressing compliance to avoid penalties.
- Conduct tax planning to optimize effective tax rates and assess tax risks to maintain an acceptable level.
- Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Oversee cash flow planning and management to support corporate financial stability.
Corporate Transactions and Specialized Financial Projects
- Manage Financial and Tax Due Diligence processes related to corporate transactions.
- Act as a finance lead for corporate transactions including capital raising mergers and project acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Auditing or a related discipline; CPA CFA or similar certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
- 10 years of experience in multinational or FDI environments.
- At least 4 years in a senior finance role within real estate or a related sector.
- Indepth knowledge of tax regulations corporate finance legislation and compliance.
- Skilled in using finance technology to drive operational improvements.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing organizational change with a focus on strategic transformation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and management.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines.
- Excellent communication abilities particularly in presenting financial data and insights through presentations.
