Job Description

The Lakhani Group is a leading hotel development and construction company known for delivering highend complex projects. We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Technician to join our team in our China office. As part of our dynamic HR team you will play a vital role in recruitment talent management and supporting HR operations across our global projects.

Key Responsibilities / :

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job posting candidate screening interviews and onboarding for positions in China and other regions.

  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • HR Support: Assist in the daily HR activities including employee queries benefits administration and other HR functions.

  • Training & Development: Support in organizing and tracking employee training programs and development initiatives.

  • Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payments.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Chinese labor laws and regulations in HR processes and documentation.

  • HR Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment progress employee performance and HR metrics.

  • HR System Management: Assist in maintaining HR management systems and databases.

Requisitos

Requirements /

  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources particularly in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Knowledge of Chinese labor laws and HR practices.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Detailoriented highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (experience with HRIS is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
