We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Technician to join our team in our China office. As part of our dynamic HR team you will play a vital role in recruitment talent management and supporting HR operations across our global projects.

Key Responsibilities / :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job posting candidate screening interviews and onboarding for positions in China and other regions.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
HR Support: Assist in the daily HR activities including employee queries benefits administration and other HR functions.

Training & Development: Support in organizing and tracking employee training programs and development initiatives.
Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Chinese labor laws and regulations in HR processes and documentation.
HR Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment progress employee performance and HR metrics.

HR System Management: Assist in maintaining HR management systems and databases.

Requisitos
Requirements /
Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources particularly in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Knowledge of Chinese labor laws and HR practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Detailoriented highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (experience with HRIS is a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
