We are seeking a Global CRM Manager based in Malta to lead CRM efforts for our crypto brand across both casino and sportsbook verticals. You ll be responsible for creating and executing global strategies to drive customer engagement boost retention and analyse campaign impact. This role also demands a strategic approach to evolving our CRM capabilities and driving longterm success.
Are you ready to HIT the ground running
- Implement CRM Strategy: Partner with the Gaming Operations Director to execute retention and reactivation strategies for both casino and sportsbook including bonuses tournaments and loyalty programs.
- CRM Tools Oversight: Manage and optimise CRM platforms adapting tools to meet business needs and addressing technical issues efficiently.
- Personalise Customer Experience: Use data insights to tailor campaigns providing personalized interactions and unique customer experiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Align CRM strategies with marketing product and other teams for a cohesive brand message and integrated customer approach.
- Data Compliance: Safeguard customer data and maintain compliance with privacy regulations.
- Analyse Performance: Report on CRM outcomes assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Drive Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation and streamline CRM processes to support business goals.

- 5 Years iGaming Experience with indepth knowledge of both casino and sportsbook verticals.
- Proven ability to design and lead global retention strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Strong skills in data analysis performance reporting and campaign optimization.
- High standards for detail in CRM activities.
- Takes initiative and drives continuous improvement across CRM processes.
- Works effectively with crossfunctional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
