Job Description
Netafim is seeking an Market Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position involves elaborate market analysis of the main crops in the region of Central America Colombia and Ecuador as well as support in the development of strategic initiatives to promote the penetration of Netafim technologies in these markets. Identify and establish strategic alliances with NGOs mapping of green funds in the region (Central America Ecuador and Colombia) and identification of bank projects with investments in the agricultural sector among other entities related to allocate usable resources for Netafims business.. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance our market positioning and contribute to the growth of our innovative irrigation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with market insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze their impact on the market landscape.
- Support the development of pricing strategies based on market data and customer insights.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases for new product launches and market expansions.
Requirements :
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics
Agronomy or related fields. Masters degree related to the area (desirable).
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in market analysis preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Languages: Spanish and intermediateadvanced English.
- Knowledge in some CRM
- Gotomarket development
- Soft Skills Charisma Social High Performance Work Capacity Assertive Communication.
