Job Description
These tasks are waiting for you
- You are an essential part of our team helping us continuously improve products and processes
- You upload documents and files to our systems reliably and meticulously
- You test our products identify bugs and errors and document them
- You prepare tickets and workflows ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- You create and maintain our API documentation
- Depending on your experience you can take on more responsibility and independently configure products including dynamic PDF documents emails and pricing algorithms
This is what you bring to the table
- Youre at least in your 2nd semester of a Bachelors program ideally with a technical background (e.g. Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering etc.)
- Youre eager to grow learn new skills and have an interest in programming or want to learn it
- You work carefully and thoroughly always seeing tasks through to completion
- Youre open and proactive and you dont mind when things dont work out perfectly right away
- You have a strong command of both German and English
