Job Description
You want to spend your working day in the future doing exciting backoffice work Then we are looking for you as a FRENCHspeaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service to Stokke customers.
Start date: 25.11.2024 Location: BerlinKreuzberg Weekly hours: 40h Working hours: Mon Fri between 08:00 AM 06:00 PM Salary: Fixed salary 2.152 /month at 40h/week performance bonus up to 200 /month)
Tasks
- Answering chat and email inquiries from our Frenchspeaking customer base no telephony!
- Expert advice on highchairs pushchairs and the rest of the Stokke range no sales!
- Answering shipping and invoicing questions
- Updating articles in our customer database
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C2 level)
- English at least B2
- Interest in Stokke products and possibly already some experience with them
- Customer and serviceorientated way of working
- Work permit for Germany
