Job Description
Nuventura is a renowned climate technology company on a mission to revolutionize the energy sector. Our objective is clear: to render SF6 the worlds most potent greenhouse gas obsolete. We have achieved this ambitious goal through innovation developing cuttingedge electrical switchgear that replaces SF6 with clean breathable air.
Our business model involves licensing our products to global manufacturers supplying core components to them and manufacturing complete products for our domestic markets. We have recently established a new base in East Berlin combining our office and R&D space as we expand our revolutionary technology globally. Tasks
- Assemble various components independently including housing and low voltage cabling.
- Identify and document faulty components and work with engineers to fix them.
- Rework components using tools like drills thread cutters grinders mills and dremels.
- Operate industrial trucks such as pallet trucks and electric pallet trucks.
- Use test equipment after thorough training such as for leakage tests.
- Perform welding tasks if you have the qualification.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronic plant technician/assembler industrial mechanic industrial fitter or a similar field.
- Good technical and logical understanding.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Strong awareness of safety and quality standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency with various hand tools and portable equipment.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Good written and spoken German and communicative English are must
- Welding qualifications (AD 2000Merkblatt ISO 3834 EN 1090 EN 15085 or DIN 2303) are a big advantage.
- A class B drivers license is a plus.
