Job Description
The Working Student / Intern program is dedicated to find meet train and hire the venture capital investors of the future. This is an opportunity for students and recent graduates no matter of your background and experience to learn and meet the teams and businesses that will shape our lives during the years to come.

Tasks
As a Working Student / Intern you will:
- Work closely with our investment team (and potentially on your own) in sourcing and meeting innovative and talented teams;
- Conduct analysis and research of multiple sectors and industries to assess potential investment opportunities;
- Proactively develop industry research to find funds & companies opportunities and teams building category winning products in climate tech;
- Support on projects such as reports presentations and brandbuilding;
- And have lots of fun!
Requirements
- We like to see proof points of an entrepreneurial mindset / experience;
- Masters degree in finance business economics or a related field;
- Strong interest in venture capital startups and technology;
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must as you will have frequent interactions with GPs entrepreneurs experienced operators and fellow investors;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment managing multiple projects and deadlines;
- Highly motivated detailoriented and able to take initiative;
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environment;
