Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Investment Compliance Officer
Sector: Banking
Start Date: December 2024
Duration: 69 months (Option for perm.)
Utilization: 80100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 140000
Tasks
- Monitor the banks trading activities as well as employee and client transactions ensuring adherence to market conduct rules and detecting any potential irregularities or market manipulation
- Oversee the monitoring of specific organizational units communications to ensure compliance with market conduct regulations including tracking and recording processes to safeguard adherence
- Oversee the Chinese Walls framework including management of watch/restricted lists maintenance of insider lists and review of requests to prevent information leaks
- Manage and optimize the selection and execution framework ensuring regulatory compliance in all investment decisions and trading activities including algorithmic trading and direct electronic access
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Resident in Switzerland
- 6 year PQE in the compliance field
- Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to proprietary trading Chinese Walls and conflict of interest management
