Job Description

Manufacturing startup located in Salinas Victoria is looking for talent such as: Digital Solution Site Leader.


Job Description:
The Digital Solutions Site Leader plays a crucial role in partnering and building relationships within the organization with the primary goal of improving organizational capabilities. They must possess a solid understanding of the technologies and solutions that support their site's teams and processes. Additionally the Site Leader translates business needs and functional requirements into effective solutions.

The successful candidate will lead and manage teams overseeing the documentation design and implementation of key business processes. They also champion new processes procedures and technologies to facilitate change management. Leadership coaching and mentoring skills are critical to success in this role.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience implementing business process changes and leading teams
  • Valid visa and passport availability to travel.
  • Experience in managing people
  • Project management and the ability to manage multiple projects at a given time
  • Value stream mapping experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills both written and verbal

Role and Responsibility:

Digital Transformation Strategy:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital technologies across all areas of the business improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate crossfunctional teams to work together effectively.
  • Ensure digital tools and platforms integrate seamlessly across different departments.
  • Improve collaboration across global functions by identifying critical dependencies.


.

Cultural Change and Training:

  • Drive the cultural change required for digital adoption.
  • Implement training programs and communication strategies to foster a digital mindset among employees.


.

Metrics and KPIs:

  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital initiatives on business performance.
  • Adjust strategies based on datadriven insights.


Compliance and Security:

  • Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to ensure digital transformation initiatives comply with data protection and privacy regulations.

External Engagement:

  • Engage with external stakeholders including technology vendors consultants and industry groups.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends and best practices.
