Reporting to the Department Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of courses within Digital Marketing. S/he will evaluate student progress and manage the resources of the learning environment. The successful candidate will liaise with industry and other educational institutions; participate in industry advisory committees and coordinate, manage and control projects within the specified program area. Faculty members will keep course portfolio documents required for accreditation processes and engage in instructional development/improvement plans. All employees are expected to contribute to Professional and community life within the College and beyond.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising (PPC).
Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and strategies to improve user engagement and drive sales.
Proficiency in content creation and content marketing, including writing blog posts, whitepapers, and developing multimedia content like videos, infographics, and podcasts.
SEO and SEM:
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Experience with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link-building, and local SEO strategies.
Ability to develop and execute paid search campaigns (PPC) with an understanding of bid management, keyword targeting, and ad copy optimization.
