Job Description
Location: South Eastern Missouri (Relocation Assistance Available)
Responsibilities:

Deliver Compassionate PatientCentered Care: Take charge of a group of patients assessing their health needs developing personalized care plans and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Lead and Inspire: Drive patient care by coordinating a team approach to each care plan directing others and taking ownership of outcomes for your patients.

Advocate for Patients: Serve as a trusted guide for patients and families helping them understand care plans listening to their concerns and supporting them at every step of their journey.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain Documentation & Ensure Compliance: Accurately document patient interactions and uphold all regulatory standards to ensure highquality compliant care.

Respond in Critical Situations: Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies drawing on your training to provide effective care and support when its needed most.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.

Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri. OR willing to obtain one before employment

Experience: At least one year of nursing experience. Willing to consider NEW GRADS.

- Weekend option contracts are work 24 (2 12s on Saturday & Sunday) get paid 32 hours
