Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing customer service and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Their job duties may include:
Greeting guests: Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing information about the property
Handling complaints: Addressing guest concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Assisting with requests: Helping guests with queries or disputes and providing assistance with luggage
Coordinating travel: Confirming travel arrangements and making bookings
Providing information: Sharing information about the area amenities and venues
Recommending local attractions: Offering recommendations for dining activities and local attractions
Arranging transportation: Arranging transportation for guests
Collecting feedback: Gathering feedback from guests about their likes and dislikes
Maintaining guest folios: Keeping track of guest folios and noting their likes and dislikes
Coordinating with housekeeping: Working with housekeeping to clear rooms
GREs may work in hotels motels and other hospitality operations. They should be able to work shifts including days evenings weekends and holidays. They should also have strong organizational and time management skills and be professional in their demeanor and presentation.
