Job Description
Job Title: Streets Worker
Location: burg VA
Type: Temporary FullTime
Job Summary:
The City of burg is hiring Streets Workers to help maintain and improve our streets and infrastructure. This role includes manual labor street maintenance and work zone setup.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials such as gravel and asphalt.
Clean curbs gutters and ditches.
Spread materials by hand for street repairs.
Participate in snow removal operations as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flagger certification required or ability to obtain it.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Flagger certification preferred or ability to obtain it. Familiarity with landscaping tools and safety practices.
