Job Description
Growing fullservice firm looking to add a talented Site Development Civil Engineer to their Cleveland Ohio team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with difference reviewing agencies/jurisdictions with various states for permitting approvals
- Collaborate with team members/clients
- Provide technical oversight to design process for site development/stormwater management
- Ensure junior staff meets QA/QC standards
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Provide administrative oversight including developing communicating and tracking workflow tasks scheduling QA/QC and making sure project documents are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of site development design experience
- PE License preferred
- Extensive experience in land planning sustainability design and implementation
- Proficient in site parking lot design
- Ability to confidently work within AutoCAD Hydrographs/Hydraflow Storm Sewers (or other technical stormwater programs)
- Experience with Storm/Sanitary Analysis preferred
- General experience with construction administration
- Leadership experience
Salary is commensurate with experience.
