Role Snapshot:
Be part of our client s team as a Marketing Assistant where you ll engage with guests on social media support content creation manage website updates and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. You ll coordinate marketing materials assist with budgeting and provide insights on new trends to drive success for a dynamic restaurant group.
Hours: Monday to Friday occasional weekends & nights
Location: Work from Home
Key Contributions Youll Make (Responsibilities):
- Engage daily with guests via social media and email responding to questions comments and concerns providing timely and efficient solutions and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Assist in creating and organizing a content calendar; draft and deploy blog posts website content social media updates and enewsletters while maintaining the marketing database.
- Update website content as required.
- Post and interact on community boards calendar sites and platforms including Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
- Maintain overall brand consistency by managing collateral and promotional materials for each restaurant keeping an accurate inventory and repurchasing as directed.
- Support annual budget maintenance collaborating with Unit Accountants on invoice submissions and following up with outside vendors as needed.
- Manage the advertising schedule.
- Maintain accounts on platforms such as Yelp Google My Business and TripAdvisor.
- Research new markets data and industry trends using Placer AI and other sources as directed.
- Generate marketing reports and meeting recaps with AI assistance.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Manage community donation requests tracking and evaluating donation ROI; compose donation letters and prepare materials for local staff to send.
Requirements
Skills & Expertise You Bring (Qualifications Needed):
- C1 level English proficiency
- Portfolio required
- Strong creativity grammar proofreading writing and editing skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Skilled in video editing with Final Cut Premiere or CapCut
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility with shifting priorities; Asana experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with MyEmma or other email clients and working knowledge of WordPress
- Interest in photography or videography with editing skills is a plus
Education: Degree in Marketing or related field
